A speaker from Blue Grass Nurseries will come and talk about growing trees and shrubs in Alberta.

Dave Bird, a journeymen landscaper and a certified horticulturist with broad education and experience in all aspects of greenhouse, nursery production and crop management as well as greenhouse maintenance, as well as Estate gardening, will give a talk on a wide range of topics.

September 15th meeting – 7:00 pm at the Ag Building

He comes with a knowledge of perennials, annuals, shrubs, and trees, turf care, as well as experience with Integrated Pest Management, biological and chemical pest control.
